365 : #263

Alright I hardly write long stuff in my blog if you ever notice cos I ain't no reader. I hate reading and writing. HAHA! I just love numbers. Anyway, yeah I thought I need to write this.

I've been serving in church since I started my first year in university, faithfully attending Sunday service but never attend cell group or prayer meeting. The reason is because usually my classes ends late or so many assignments and tutorials to accommodate. 

But, beginning of this year I wanted to commit myself more in church and I started to attend prayer meeting despite of all the reasons I can think of. And moreover, I had jam pack schedule of 7 subjects, I could say the worst timetable throughout my 2 years but I told myself I still need to attend prayer meeting no matter what. 

Week after week, when it came to my back to back midterms, assignment due dates, presentations, etc, I still commit myself to attend prayer meeting or church service. When I thought of it now I don't really know how I get it through calmly but I knew God was there to renew my strength each day. Previously, I had only 5 subjects but I struggled through mentally and physically and in fact, my results were better even though I serve more in church.

This is when I know, when you honour God and put Him first, His favour and mercy will work in every way. :)
